Admission at Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda for all courses are conducted through the Gujarat Common Admission Services (GCAS), managed by the Government of Gujarat. However, admissions for Engineering, Pharmacy, and MBA courses are handled separately by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC). Students can apply online through the GCAS Portal by paying a non-refundable fee of INR 300 via net banking, debit/credit card, or UPI. Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda Scholarships

The Directorate of Students’ Welfare (DSW) at the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda provides scholarships to support economically weaker yet meritorious students. Started in the academic year 2012–13, this initiative has granted financial aid worth INR 6.7 crore to over 16,500 students so far. In the academic year 2020–21, a total of INR 90.4 lakh was distributed to 2,004 students, including 100% scholarships for those who lost their parents during the COVID-19 pandemic.
