KMAT Kerala 2025 Eligibility Criteria
The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, sets the KMAT Kerala 2025 Eligibility Criteria based on factors such as nationality, educational qualifications, and admission guidelines. Candidates can refer to the criteria given below:
- Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens. Only Keralite candidates are eligible for all types of reservations and fee concessions.
- Age Limit: There is no upper or lower age limit for appearing in the KMAT Kerala 2025 examination.
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. For candidates belonging to the SC/ST category, a minimum of 45% marks is required.
- Final Year Students: Candidates who are appearing for the final year of their qualifying examination are also eligible to apply, provided they meet the eligibility criteria at the time of admission.
KMAT Kerala 2025 Exam Pattern
KMAT Kerala is conducted in a computer-based test (CBT) format and has a total duration of 3 hours. It comprises 180 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), carrying a total of 720 marks. Each correct answer awards 4 marks, while each incorrect answer results in a deduction of 1 mark. The medium of the exam is English.
KMAT Kerala 2025 Question Paper is divided into four sections. The English Language Usage and Reading Comprehension section consists of 50 questions, carrying a total of 200 marks. The Quantitative Aptitude section also includes 50 questions, worth 200 marks. The Data Sufficiency and Logical Reasoning section has 40 questions, with a maximum of 160 marks. Finally, the General Knowledge and Current Affairs section comprises 40 questions, also totaling 160 marks.
