NEET UG 2025 City Intimation Slip is expected to be released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on or before April 26, 2025, on its official website, neet.nta.nic.in. Candidates who have successfully registered for the NEET UG 2025 exam will be able to check and download the city intimation slip by logging in with their application number and date of birth.
The city intimation slip will show the name of the city where the exam centre has been allotted. It is important to note that this is not the NEET UG 2025 Admit Card. The official admit card will be released separately on May 1, 2025 (Thursday), and will include complete details such as the exam venue, reporting time, and exam-day instructions.
NEET UG 2025 is scheduled to be held on May 4, 2025 (Sunday), from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, in offline (pen-and-paper) mode across approximately 554 cities in India and 14 cities abroad.

Once released, candidates can download the NEET UG 2025 City Intimation Slip by following the steps given below:
- Step 1: Visit the official NEET website, neet.nta.nic.in
- Step 2: Click on the link for โNEET UG 2025 City Intimation Slipโ on the homepage
- Step 3: Enter the application number, date of birth, and security pin
- Step 4: Click on โSubmitโ
- Step 5: The city intimation slip will be displayed on the screen
- Step 6: Download and save it for reference

NEET UG 2025 Exam Pattern & Marking Scheme
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has made changes to the NEET UG 2025 Exam Pattern. Section B with optional questions has been removed. Now, the NEET UG 2025 Question Paper will have 180 compulsory questions, and all of them must be answered. The total marks will be 720.
The exam duration has been reduced from 200 minutes to 180 minutes (three hours). The question paper will cover four subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology. Each subject will have 45 questions, with each subject carrying 180 marks. Candidates will get 4 marks for each correct answer. For each wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted.
