RGUKT Basar offers B.Tech (Integrated) and M.Tech (Computational Engineering) programs at the UG and PG levels. For M.Tech admissions, candidates must have a valid GATE or PGECET score, and final selection is based on their performance in a personal interview conducted by RGUKT. Applicants must have completed their B.Tech/B.E. in the relevant discipline with at least 60% marks in aggregate. The application process for both courses is online, with fee payment options available through AP or TS Online Centers, Credit/Debit Cards, or Net-Banking. Admission to the B.Tech (Integrated) course is merit-based, with candidates evaluated on their Class 10th marks. As per the RGUKT Basar admissions policy, 85% of seats are reserved for Telangana candidates, while the remaining 15% are open to other applicants.

AP EAMCET 2025 registration for RGUKT (IIIT Basara) BTech admission has started. The last date to register without a late fee is April 24, 2025, with the exam scheduled from May 21-27, 2025.

RGUKT Basar UG Admission 2025

RGUKT Basar offers a 6-year full-time B.Tech. (Integrated) program in six disciplines: Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Material Science & Metallurgical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Chemical Engineering. Eligibility requires passing the 10th standard or SSC exam. Selection is merit-based, with a tie-breaker on marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The maximum age for general candidates is 18 years, and 21 years for SC/ST candidates. 85% seats are reserved for Telangana locals, while 15% are unreserved for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh residents. Application fee is INR 500 (INR 400 for SC/ST).

RGUKT Basar B.Tech (Integrated) Application Process:

• Pay application fee of INR 500 (INR 400 for SC/ST) through Credit/ Debit Card or via Net-Banking OR via TS or AP online centres.
• Complete the application form online by filling in the registration number created during payment of application fee.
• Admission application form for B.Tech. (Integrated) can also be procured at the RGUKT campus upon payment of INR 500 in cash.

RGUKT, Basar PG Admission 2025

RGUKT Basar offers M.Tech. in Computational Engineering with specializations in Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. The program has 18 seats each for CSE and ECE, and 24 seats for ME. Eligibility requires a B.Tech/B.E. in a relevant branch or an MCA. Admission is based on GATE/PGECET scores followed by a personal interview. 85% of seats are reserved for local candidates, while 15% are unreserved. GATE/PGECET qualified candidates are eligible for a monthly assistantship of INR 10,000.

RGUKT M.Tech Application Process:

Strictly follow the steps given below in order to apply for RGUKT Basar's M.Tech program.

• Submit an application fee of INR 500 (INR 400 for SC/ST) from a nationalized bank through a Demand Draft in favour of "The Director, RGUKT (M.Tech Program) Basar" payable at Basar.
• Now go to the official website of RGUKT Basar and submit the application form.
• Fill in the details of DD while submitting the application form.
• Carry the printout of the form filled properly along with DD and certificate copies like GATE/PGECET scorecard to:
