Andhra Pradesh Education Common Entrance Test (AP EDCET-2025)

To fill the application form candidates must visit the official website of the conducting body and follow the below mentioned steps:

There are a total of 4 steps to fill the application form. That is check the eligibility criteria, know your payment status, fill the application form and take a printout of the application form.

Step 1: Eligibility criteria and fee payment

1. Candidates should have clicked on Eligibility criteria and fee payment tab.
2. After filling all the mandatory details and clicking on the pay button.
3. Fill in all the credit/debit card/ net banking details and click on pay now.
4. The confirmation of successful payment of registration fee is shown with the “Your payment done successful” item in the web page as Payment status along with “Payment ID”
5. Click on the button “Proceed to Fill Application”.
6. Fill out all the mandatory details including qualifying examination hall ticket no., candidate’s name, date of birth and mobile number.
7. Application form fee:

Step 2: Know your payment status

1. Click on know your payment status tab for checking the status of the payment.
2. Fill all the information including hall ticket number, mobile number and date of birth.
3. Click on check payment status.

Step 3: Fill application

1. The candidates can start filling the application form by selecting the tab “Fill Application”.
2. Fill in the details of Payment ID, Qualifying examination Hall ticket number, mobile number and date of birth and click on proceed to fill the application.
3. Fill candidates details, address, qualifying examination, details of common entrance test,

Step 4: Upload photo and signature

1. Candidates should have uploaded their photograph and signature in a good quality. The size of the photo should be in JPG or JPEG or less than 50 kb and signature signed with a black pen on a white paper shall be scanned and save as JPG or JPEG of less than 30kb shall be uploaded.

Step 5: Save and preview/ submit

1. After filling all the required data and correct particulars, verify thoroughly the details and go through the description at the end of the page. Select the encircled check box if you are done with online application form filling.

Step 6: Print the application form

1. Candidates can take a print out of the application by clicking on the print application button which is useful for further correspondence.

Candidates are required to be ready with the following documents at the time of fill the application form.

1. Credit card/ debit card/ net banking
2. Marks memos/ hall ticket number of degree/ intermediate/ 10th
3. Eligibility criteria
4. Birth certificate/ SSC or equivalent certificate
5. Income certificate
6. Study certificate from class 6 to 10+2/ degree or diploma/ PG
7. Caste certificate
8. 12-digit aadhar card number
