- The candidates should pass higher senior secondary examination or Indian School Certificate examination or any other equivalent examination with 10+2 from any of the recognised boards.
- The candidates must have studied Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry or Biotechnology or biology or technical vocational studies in the 10+2 examination.
- Students who have passed a diploma in engineering and technology from AICTE institution approved over a 50% aggregate for general and 45% aggregate for SC/ST/ Persons with disabilities are eligible to apply for the examination.
