PULEET exam is conducted by the Panjab University, Chandigarh. The institute will release PULEET 2025 exam notification by the first week of May 2025. In the previous year, a total of 258 out of 288 students appeared for the test. The test is administered in only two regions in Punjab, viz., Chandigarh and Hoshiarpur. PULEET 2025 exam will be conducted in the third week of June 2025.
PULEET 2025
PULEET 2025 application form will be released in the first week of May 2025, at the website, puleet.puchd.ac.in. Students must register first with their name, email ID, mobile number, date of birth, 10th board roll number, and other details. The application fees for the General category are INR 2520 and INR 1260 for SC/ST/PwD categories. The number of registrations of PULEET exam remains on the higher side every year than PUMEET, which is also conducted for admission into 2nd year BE/BTech.
The exam is conducted in an offline pen and paper-based mode by the Panjab University, Chandigarh. Students will be provided with the question booklet and OMR sheet for marking their answers. According to PULEET 2025 exam pattern, a total of 100 multiple-choice-based questions needs to be answered. For every correct answer, candidates will be marked with +1. The negative marking dwells for each of the incorrect attempts, i.e., 0.25
PULEET 2025 results will be declared in the second week of July 2025. The results can be viewed or downloaded by entering the login ID and password. The university will not send the scorecards to respective mail IDs or by post to candidates. Students can obtain his/ her answer scripts upon the payment of INR 10000 within 10 days of the result publication.
What is PULEET 2025 Exam?

Students must have passed a Diploma in Engineering of 2-3 years/ DVoc from a Polytechnic institution with 60% minimum qualifying marks. For SC/ST/BC/PwD, the qualifying marks are set as 55%. PULEET 2025 exam will consist of a total of 100 MCQs which must be completed within 1 hour and 40 minutes duration.

PULEET 2025 Eligibility
PULEET 2025 exam is conducted for admission into the second year of a four-year B.E. course. Students need to ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria before filling up the application form. The course-wise eligibility criteria to appear in PULEET 2025 examination to 2nd year of 4-year are as follows:
- Students must have cleared a Diploma in Engineering of a minimum of 3 years duration after matriculation. Candidates must pass Physics and Mathematics, from a polytechnic college accredited by UGC/ AICTE with 60% qualifying marks and 55% is set for SC/ ST/ BC/ PwD.
- Candidates must have cleared a Diploma in Engineering of a minimum of 2 years duration after class 10+2. Candidates must pass Physics and Mathematics, from a polytechnic college accredited by UGC/ AICTE with 60% qualifying marks and 55% is set for SC/ ST/ BC/ PwD.
- Applicants must have passed the DVoc stream from the Polytechnic institute with the state board of technical university, or accredited by UGC or AICTE to be eligible for admission to the second year of a B.E. program in the same or allied sector. The qualifying marks set for the general and SC/ ST/ PwD are 60% and 50% respectively.
- Students must have completed their Diploma degree in Engineering not earlier than 2022.
- Aspirants must have cleared any supplementary or compartment status before registering for PULEET 2025 examination.
PULEET 2025 Syllabus
The syllabus of PULEET exam will remain unchanged as of the previous year. The overall difficulty level of the exam remained moderate to difficult for the last 5 years. PULEET 2025 syllabus will include the topics of General Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and General Aptitude & Communication Skills. Each of the sub-topics includes 10 questions, making a total of 100 questions.

Panjab University, Chandigarh will issue PULEE 2025 admit cards by the third week of June 2025. Only candidates who have successfully registered themselves can download their respective admit cards from the portal, i.e., puleet.puchd.ac.in. PULEET 2025 Cut off
There will be no PULEET 2025 cut off for any categories. Candidates from rank 1 to 100 will be called for the counselling round 1 in the morning. The counselling for the rank holders of 101 and above will have to appear at 2:30 PM. For the counselling round 2, the general category candidates must attend at 3 PM and the other categories at 3:30 PM.
