As per the latest CMAT 2025 exam pattern, the exam pattern has been revised two times in the last two years by the National Testing Agency. During the CMAT 2021 exam, an additional section, namely the Innovation and Entrepreneurship section, was added to the exam paper, and an additional 30 minutes of time was allotted for this section. This section has been made compulsory by the year 2022.
The NTA decreased the number of questions in each section from 25 to 20 questions. However, there will be a total of 100 questions, which will be divided into five sections (each question will carry four marks).
According to the CMAT exam pattern, the CMAT 2025 exam consists of five sections with no choice and two shifts. The CMAT 2025 exam duration has been decreased to three hours. There is no additional time allotted for the Innovation and Entrepreneurship section. The score of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship section is taken into account for calculating the percentile score to prepare the merit list.
