NTA has conducted JEE Main 2025 April 7 Shift 1 paper from 9 AM to 12 noon. Candidates can check the subject-wise and shift-wise exam analysis below. 

  • The Physics section was rated easy to moderate. Questions on Modern Physics, Ray Optics, Semiconductors, etc were asked. The questions were conceptual and involved direct application, emphasising class 12 chapters.
  • The Mathematics was rated moderately tough. More questions were asked about Conic sections, Vector 3D, Determinant, etc. This paper demands great focus and accuracy. 
  • The Chemistry section was rated tough, and the paper was lengthy. There were 7-8 questions from Physical Chemistry.
