KEA concluded shift 1 of KCET 2025 Mathematics exam 2025 at 11:50 AM. The Karnataka Common Entrance Test 2025 exam for the mathematics subject started at 10:30 AM on April 17, 2025. The Karnataka Examinations Authority will soon release the answer key for KCET Mathematics and Biology 2025 at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
The exam is being conducted in two shifts namely, shift 1 and shift 2. There will be seven bells in total for both the shifts. First bell is for entry and seating, second bell for question paper distribution, third bell for answering, fourth bell for completion of half time, and fifth bell for remaining 20 minutes of exam time. Sixth bell will be for the last five minutes remaining and seventh bell will be for the end of the examination.
Candidates must carry their KCET Hall Ticket 2025 and a valid ID proof to their respective exam centre. Moreover, students must adhere to the KCET dress code and exam day guidelines to avoid any last minute hassle. In KCET Exam Pattern 2025, the question paper will consist of 60 questions per section. Each question will carry 1 mark. However, there will be no negative marking for incorrect or unanswered questions.
KCET 2025 Mathematics Exam Timings
The KCET 2025 Maths exam began at 10:30 AM. The KEA concluded the exam at 11:50 AM. A total seven bells will be rung for candidates notifying them about the remaining timings. Fifth and sixth bell will be rung for the remaining 20 minutes, and last 5 minutes, respectively. The Day 2 afternoon shift will soon begin from 2:30 PM to 3:50 PM on April 17, 2025. The exam is being conducted at 775 exam centres with a total of 3,11,777 students having appeared for the entrance exam.
KCET 2025 Dress Code & Exam Day Guidelines
The Karnataka Examination Authority has set a specific dress code for the test takers. Every candidate is advised to adhere to the KCET Dress Code and Exam Day Guidelines to avoid any last minute disruption. The dress code for KCET 2025 participants are as given below-
- No full-sleeved clothes allowed.
- No gadgets like mobile phones, watches, Bluetooth devices, or other electronic devices are allowed inside the exam hall.
- Must carry the KCET Hall Ticket 2025 along with a valid photo ID proof.
The KCET 2025 exam was scheduled for April 16, 2025 to April 17, 2025. Today being Day 2 is the last day for the KCET entrance exam 2025. The second shift of Day 2 will soon begin at 2:30 PM. Candidates must not forget to carry their KCET Admit Card 2025 along with a valid ID Proof such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, etc. It is also important to strictly adhere to the KCET Dress Code and exam day guidelines.
