The National Institute of Fashion Technology 2025 Result is going to be released soon. Candidates will be able to check their NIFT Results 2025 from the official website after its official announcement. After the release of NIFT 2025 results, a final merit list will be prepared based on candidates’ performance in the written test and other evaluation criteria. For NIFT B.Des 2025, the selection process includes a Situation Test. However, for NIFT M.Des, MFM, and MFTech selection process, it includes a GD and PI round. NIFT 2025 Post-Result Process

After the release of the NIFT 2025 result, the final merit will be released based on candidates’ performance in the written test and other evaluation criteria. Shortlisted candidates will move forward for the NIFT 2025 admission process, which includes a Situation Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview round based on the program candidates’ applied for. For NIFT B.Des 2025, the selection process includes a Situation Test, whereas, for NIFT M.Des, MFM, and MFTech selection process, it includes a GD and PI round. 

NIFT 2025 Seat Allocation and Reservation Policy

The National Institute of Fashion Technology will allot seats to candidates based on their NIFT rank 2025, counselling process performance and seat availability. Candidates must complete all the counselling steps to secure their NIFT admission which is based on their merit. NIFT 2025 follows a reservation policy to run a fair admission process for all category students. The reservation policy of NIFT 2025 is as given below- 

• SC: 15% 
• ST: 7.5% 
• OBC (Non-Creamy): 27% 
• PwD: 5% 
• Foreign Nationals/ NRIs: 15%

The weightage of NIFT 2025 selection process is different for each program offered by the NIFT institute. Candidates can check the NIFT 2025 Selection Process Program-Wise Weightage as given below- 

• Des: CAT (50%), GAT (30%), Situation Test (20%)
• M.Des: CAT (40%), GAT (30%), GD/PI (30%)
• MFM/ MFTech: GAT (70%), GD/PI (30%)
