Step 1-  Start by visiting the official website of Jamia Hamdard Online, navigate to the programs panel, and click on the online programs

Step 2-  Search for the course you are interested in applying for. After that press on “Apply Now” written on the catalogue. 

Step 3- You’ll be redirected to a page where you’ll be asked for an agreement of yours. After clicking on “Agree,” you’ll be taken to a page where it’ll ask for your DEB ID, which is a unique ID that is to be created by UGC if a candidate is aspiring to pursue an online course. 

Step 4- You can create a DEB ID by registering yourself on the DEB portal or you can give your ABC ID, which you can create through Digilocker. 

Step 5- After creating your DEB ID, you’ll click on “Yes” and will enter your DEB ID and validate it. After getting validated, candidate need to select their course category and need to provide the necessary details like DOB, Mobile No, ABC ID, Email. Note- these things are mandatory, hence, students can’t continue without these. 

Step 6- After clicking on proceed, the page will redirect you to where the candidate needs to fill the required documents such as. 

• Scanned copy of passport-sized color Photograph.

• Color Scanned copy of the Aadhar Card and original Qualifying Examination Certificate / Marksheet.

• Color scanned copy of any one of the original documents mentioning Date Of Birth, i.e., X Marksheet

• You can pay the fees through these two options. 1. Debit/Credit card 2. Net Banking.

Step 7- The final step would be to pay the fees of the course. After completing the process, you’ll get an official mail, and over time, you’ll be updated about the course commencement.
