The admission process for IIT JAM 2025 exam begins today i.e., March 26, 2025. Candidates who have qualified the exam are eligible to apply for admission through JOAPS portal i.e., joaps.ac.in. The last date to apply for IIT JAM admission is April 9, 2025. The authority has announced IIT JAM 2025 Result on March 18, 2025 and the final answer key was released on March 19, 2025. IIT JAM 2025 scorecards were released on March 24, 2025.
Eligible candidates can apply for admission to their choice of programmes across 22 IITs for over 2,000 seats available. Candidates can apply for admission to various postgraduate programmes such as MSc, MSc Tech, MS Research, MSc Tech, dual degree, Joint MSc - PhD, MSc-PhD in various institutions.
IIT JAM 2025 Admissions
IIT Delhi is going to conduct the IIT JAM 2025 counselling session for admissions for M.Sc, M.Tech, and PhD courses. Candidates have to fill their application form before the last date i.e., April 9, 2025. There will be four rounds of counselling at IIT Delhi.
The first admissions list will be released on May 26. The merit list will include details such as the candidate’s name, chosen programmes, ranks, etc. Candidates will be able to download the admission list using their login credentials. Candidates will have to pay the admission fee to confirm their seats in the JAM counselling session.
