NID Result 2025: The National Institute of Design (NID) is going to declare NID DAT B.Des result 2025 for the prelims exam today i.e., on April 1, 2025. Candidates who have appeared for the exam can download NID DAT 2025 B.Des Result on the official website at admissions.nid.edu. The authority has conducted NID DAT 2025 prelims exam on January 5, 2025.
The authority will open the NID DAT 2025 Result rechecking window today, which will close on April 2, 2025 at 4 PM. The cost to recheck NID DAT 2025 Result is INR 2000. NID DAT 2025 Prelims Result includes details such as programme, candidate’s name, roll number, category, section-wise scores, total marks, and qualifying status. Check NID DAT Cutoff 2025
The authority released NID Result for M.Des on February 17, 2025. NID MDes 2025 Mains exam is being conducted from March 1 to April 4, 2025. NID DAT MDes 2025 Result for Mains will be declared on May 6, 2025.
NID DAT Result 2025 B.Des Mains: Tie-breaking Policy
If there is a tie in NID DAT Result 2025 exam, the authority will follow the following criteria.
- A higher rank will be given to the candidate with higher marks in DAT Mains.
- If the tie persists, the candidate with higher marks in stage 1 of the DAT will be ranked higher.
- If the tie remains, the candidate with higher marks in the stage 1 DAT part B will be given preference.
- If the tie is unresolved, a higher rank will be assigned to the candidate with higher marks in stage 1 DAT part A.
- If the tie continues, the candidate who scores higher in the question with maximum marks in the DAT Mains exam will be ranked higher.
What after NID DAT Results 2025?
Candidates who will qualify NID DAT 2025 prelims exam will be able to download NID DAT Admit Card 2025 for the Mains exam on April 14, 2025. NID DAT Mains exam 2025 is going to be conducted from April 26 to May 4, 2025. NID DAT Mains result 2025 will be announced on May 16, 2025, after which candidates can submit their campus preferences from May 16 to May 18. Candidates can request a rechecking of their NID DAT Mains scores between May 16 and May 17.
As per the NID counselling schedule, the seat allotment process will be conducted from May 27 to May 30. Finally, selected candidates will receive their provisional offer letters on June 10.
