Alpha college of engineering, poonamallee established a Career Development Cell for students placement. The Cell's top priority is the professional development of Alpha students. To enhance their professional development and employment prospects, Alpha career development cell equips students with supplementary skills necessary for successful survival in the workplace and industry.

Alpha College of Engineering hosts workshops, guest lectures, and faculty development programs for students in partnership with ICT Academy. Many kids learn career-based communication skills through Youth Circle, a program run in partnership with ICT Academy, which also provides a forum for speaking practice. The goal is to provide a laid-back, welcoming, and encouraging atmosphere while assisting inpiduals in developing their speaking, listening, and thinking abilities. Each participant has the chance to hone their leadership and communication abilities.
