Arka Jain University, Jamshedpur is a private university set up in the year 2017 by Jharkhand State Legislature through "The ARKA JAIN University Act" and is approved by UGC. It is the first private state university of the Kolhan region (which consists of three districts) of the state. The university is affiliated and approved by AICTE, BCI, PCI, OCI, INC, JNRC, AIU, ASCO. The University is presently the first NAAC Grade "A" private state university in Bihar, Jharkhand & west Bengal.
