Arya College of Engineering and IT: Fees Structure 2025 – Course-wise Breakdown

To minimize students’ financial burden and at the same time provide the highest quality education possible, the college has come up with a reasonable fee policy for the academic year 2024-25. This long and detailed document is intended to provide the total fee structure of all programs for all the courses which includes B-Tech, M-Tech and MBA along with the hotels and bus fees for those students who wish to stay- in or take the bus respectively. This is aimed at making the families and the students relate to how much it will cost them financially and encourage them to find ways of making the investments towards their futures. This provides specific fees, reimbursement processes and facilities that come with these charges for every section, providing economy as well as efficiency.

College Fee Structure for Different Courses

The university provides three principal programs namely: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Master of Technology (M.Tech), and Master of Business Administration (MBA). A table providing the details for the fee structure for all these programs is given below.

Tuition fees pay for many academic needs such as modern labs, libraries and any other facilities that are necessary for practical learning. The caution money deposit, which is Rs.7,500, is a non-returnable payment made to cushion students against the loss of the campus's valuables. Hostel Fee Structure

The institution offers boardinag faiclities in order to promote tbe safety and comfort of the students while studying. Hostel accommodation is offered a two or a three bedded. Both the types of rooms are air cooled and possess attached bathrooms for the durance of the students in the campus.

Breakdown of Hostel Fees and Amenities

1. Room for Two: Priced at a sum of Rs.99,000 a year, this type of room offers the students too companionship with adequate room and some privacy. It has air cooling system/equipment to help the students during hot summer months KC. 
2. Three Seater Room: The three seater room is available at an annual fee of Rs.89,000 making it ideal for students who wish to keep costs down by accommodating themselves with two other students in the room. This option also has air cooling system and a bath attached to the room.

In both room options, the students are required to pay a one-time hostel security deposit of Rs.7,500 which is refundable at the end of their hostel stay barring any damages or unpaid bills.

Transportation Fee Structure (Bus Fee)

The institute has instituted a bus service for the convenience of students who live in the surrounding areas and travel to school. The payment is modulated depending on the distance and the routes taken. It provides a safe and cheap means of transport, making it stress-free for the students to get to the school.

Details on Transportation Fees

1. All Routes: The bus fees levied on students pursuing the normal routes will be Ksh.30,000 chea year. This rate also includes fare to and from all shared transport services provided to collect the students from different places to school.
2. Special Routes: For students living in areas that fall in the special routes category, the annual bus fees is lowered to Ksh.22,000. Such provision means different convenient and cheaper means of transport are available depending on where the students reside.

The way transportation fees are structured geates a safe and cheap means of commuting for students therefore eliminating the need to make other transportation arrangements.
