Admission Procedure
All the candidates seeking admission to the Undergraduate (BAMS and BUMS) courses are required to register online on the website www.fmsc.ac.in after allotment of seats by www.aaccc.gov.in.
How to apply
- In the Confirm your information webpage, candidates shall provide their NEET UG Roll No. and date of birth. Clicking on the -˜View' button will display further details of the candidates for MD/MS, are required to provide the AIPGET Roll. No.
- Click the confirm and proceed further.
- On the New Registration Page, candidates have to enter a valid Mobile No. and Email ID.
- Candidates shall then create a password for online registration purposes.
- Verify that all the details given in the form are correct. This information will be used during the entire admission process
- Applicants shall now log on to using registered email-id and password, to fill the online registration form.
- Applicants shall click the save and proceed to check the details filled in the form.

- For Postgraduate courses, copy of certificate in support of educational qualifications: BAMS/BUMS/BHMS degree certificate, marksheet.

- Certificate from the principal of the school on prescribed proforma available at faculty website: www.fmsc.ac.in stating that
- The school is situated within National Capital territory of Delhi
- The school is recognized by the CBSE/ Council for the Indian School Certificate/ Jamia Millia Islamia.
- The school is conducting regular classes
- The applicant has attended regular classes in the school for 11th & 12th
- Copy of character certificate is proforma as prescribed by CBSE.
- Copy of scheduled caste/ scheduled tribe certificate
- Copy of OBC certificate
- Copy of person with Disability certificate (PwD).
- Entitlement certificate for C.W. category
- Copy of Non-Creamy layer certificate of the current financial year
- Copy of EWS certificate
- Copy of Overseas citizenship of India (OCI) card, if applicable.
- Once all the above- mentioned files are uploaded, applicants can proceed with make payment. Applicants can also update the uploaded files and applicants form using the back button before making payment.
- After payment of the online registration fee, submission shall be completed.
