BIT Sindri Admission 2025: Fees, Eligibility, Application Process

BIT Sindri Ph.D. Admission

Candidates who are interested in the PhD program at BIT Sindri must first complete the admission form. Please complete all the details according to the current information of the candidates and make sure to submit all the required documents to the admin office before the deadline for admission. Candidates who are shortlisted for admission will be called for an interview. The scheduled interview will be displayed on the notice board, and candidates will be informed via their email IDs that they have registered with the institution. Candidates who got selected in the interview process will be informed through the notice board as well as the email IDs that they have registered. Note that admission will only be confirmed after the payment of the desired fees. After the payment, applicable candidates will receive a letter of allotment of the research guide. The maximum time taken by the management to provide a letter of allotment is within a month after the submission of desired payment fees.

BIT Sindri Application Process

For Online Admission:

• Please go to the official website of the college.
• Select Admission from the menu.
• Click on it when you locate it, then look for Admission.
• Under admission, you have two choices: either download the admission form, complete it, and mail it to the college's administrative office, or apply online.
• Fill out the admission inquiry form and submit it after submitting your online application.
• Following the completion of the previous step, you will be directed to a website where you will need to submit your personal information, a photo, your 10+2 report card, and a migration certificate.

For Offline Admission:

• To obtain the application form, visit the admission cell at BIT Sindri or download it from the official website.
• Fill out the application form with all the information.
• Complete the application by entering the necessary academic and personal information.

Note: Students may also get an application form via demand draft by paying a certain fee. After completing the form correctly, they can mail or courier it to the BIT Sindri.
