Burdwan University has a placement cell which holds the responsibility of conducting placement activities in the campus. These responsibilities include student training, skills enhancement, summer internship programs, training & students placements. The Cell also provides various career opportunities from different sectors including permanent job positions and internships. The authorities of the Placement Cell invite many reputed companies and organizations to participate in the placement drive and recruit deserving students. Notable companies like TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Pinnacle, Indian Navy, IBM, and many others visit the campus to recruit eligible students as per their requirements.
