Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology and Management, formerly known as Northern India Engineering College, was founded by BBDES, Lucknow in 2003. The institute is associated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in Delhi.
ADGITM, in collaboration with GGSIPU in Delhi, offers B.Tech in eight specialisations, as well as a BBA and MBA program that is AICTE-approved.
- Candidates for admission to undergraduate and graduate programs must have passed the Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test (GGSIPU CET).
- To be eligible for admission to the B.Tech. program, a candidate must have completed the 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 55%.
- The application mode for NIEC is online.
- Eligibility for PG Courses is any recognised Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate marks.
- Admission will be based on the candidates' rank in the admission exam.

ADGITM Undergraduate Admissions 2025
- At the undergraduate level, the college provides full-time degree programs in B.Tech. and BBA.
- B.Tech. programs are offered in eight different specialisations over a four-year period. BBA is offered for three years.
- The institute also provides Lateral Entry for Diploma Holders within the B.Tech subject.
Exam Pattern
B.Tech.
IPU CET for B.Tech examines a candidate's aptitude in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
150 objective questions are asked, with each area receiving a weightage of 33.33%.
BBA
- The paper is organised into four sections.
- Questions are based on English, General Awareness, Logical Reasoning, and Management Aptitude.
- IPU CET for BBA consists of 150 objective-type questions.
- Duration: two hours and thirty minutes.
Counselling
Following the announcement of the results, candidates are shortlisted for IPU CET Counselling.
Candidates' IPU CET exam scores are used to compile a merit list.
ADGITM Postgraduate Admissions 2025
At the postgraduate level, the college provides an MBA.
MBA candidates must have a recognised Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks.

- After registering, review the details to ensure they are right.
- Submit the application form.
- The application fee of INR 1000/- can be paid using Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.
- When filling out the form, the candidate must select a local examination centre.
- The application form does not have to be submitted in paper copy.
