BBDES, Lucknow created the Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology & Management, formerly known as Northern India Engineering College (NIEC), New Delhi, in 2003. The ADGITM campus is situated in Shastri Park, a lovely 8.08-acre area, and consists of five interconnected blocks with a total built-up area of approximately 23,636.67 square meters. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), in Delhi, is associated with ADGITM and offers full-time professional programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels that have been authorised by AICTE and BCI. Entrance exams for these degrees include IPU-CET, JEE-MAINS, and CAT/MAT/XAT. Admissions applications are submitted online.

ADGITM Facilities
- Library: Our institute's nerve centre, which we can proudly claim to be one of the greatest in the NCR region. The library has around 90,987 books and 130 National and International Journals, including IEEE, ASCE, J-Gate, DELNET, and National Digital Library.
- Medical: Students on campus can access medical OPD and emergency services, as well as regular medical check-up facilities.
- Sports: Other outdoor games available on campus include volleyball, basketball, and badminton courts. On-campus students have access to indoor game facilities such as table tennis, carom, and chess.
- I.T Infrastructure: ADGITM's laboratories are state-of-the-art and thoroughly air-conditioned, with around 962 computers equipped with the most recent hardware configurations for high-end applications. Students and faculty members can access the Internet 24 hours a day, seven days a week via a dedicated leased line at 20 Mbps.
- Cafeteria: The canteen is a lovely slanted roof structure surrounded by lush green meadows. Stationery and photocopy stores are also available on campus.
- Auditorium: The college campus includes an ultra-modern air-conditioned auditorium with a seating capacity of 200. It features JBL acoustics, a cinemascope projector, and a cinemascope screen.
- Laboratories: Because B. Tech courses are heavily laboratory-based, a strong emphasis is placed on creating laboratories with cutting-edge equipment. The college houses well-equipped Applied Science Labs and Departmental Specialised Labs.
