Lecture Theatre: Five fully air-conditioned lecture halls are available at the college; two of them can accommodate 180 people apiece, while the other three can accommodate 200, 250, and 350 people. The current infrastructure, which includes six lecture halls with 300 seats apiece and one with 600 seats, has been expanded with a new lecture theater block. LCD projectors and other cutting-edge audio-visual teaching tools are installed in every lecture hall.

Attendance System with Biometrics: ELMC is committed to providing each student with individualized attention. For clinical assignments, demonstrations, and practicals, small groups are established. To guarantee consistent attendance at all lectures, ELMC has implemented a biometric attendance system. To record their attendance in class, students simply need to touch the biometric machine with their finger. The parent or guardian of the student will receive an SMS informing them of their ward's absence from the class for that particular subject if the student does not register his or her attendance. We have been able to maintain excellent academic standards by using technology to make sure that pupils are serious and on time.

Cafeteria: On campus, staff and students can enjoy state-of-the-art, air-conditioned cafeterias with contemporary catering options. When cooking, no coloring or preservatives are utilized.

Animal House: Institute has a well-established Animal House that is registered under the number 1114/ac/07/CPCSEA and has been approved for animal research by the Ministry of Environment and Forests of the Government of India in letter no. 25/4/2007-AWD. The animal house has all the equipment needed to breed and care for lab animals in typical husbandry settings. It contains inbred strains of mice, rats, guinea pigs, rabbits, and sheep, among other animal species. The facility handles animals humanely and conducts breeding and experiments in accordance with the Committee for the Purpose of Control and Supervision of Experiments on Animals (CPCSEA). In accordance with CPCSEA norms and regulations, animals are kept and used for breeding and medical research experiments.

ELMC features a well-equipped gym on campus as well as a sports field with courts for a variety of sports, including football, basketball, badminton, and volleyball. Both hostels offer facilities for indoor sports such as table tennis, chess, and carom.
