The GCT Student Residence is well-equipped for comfort and convenience. The ground and first floors are centrally air-cooled, while the second and third levels include many student air-conditioned rooms. There are solar heaters that provide the hot water.
The residence includes a 24-hour power backup and continuous water flow. Ground level amenities include the dining hall, medical facilities, office, large common area, and assembly space. Every part of the building has Wi-Fi and is protected by CCTV cameras. The hostel has large, fully equipped rooms for dual occupancy. Each room includes two beds with mattresses, two study tables with chairs, a book rack, and two wardrobes.
