Gujarat Technological institution (GTU) is a well-known state institution that offers undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and doctoral degrees in a variety of disciplines. GTU has a four-year B.E. degree with many specialisations. To be eligible, candidates must have completed the 10+2 level of study with at least 50% aggregate marks in relevant disciplines like Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. For B.E. Admission candidates must first get valid results in JEE Main or GUJCET, followed by ACPC counselling.

GTU provides a two-year Master of Engineering degree with specialisations in Computer Engineering and Civil Engineering. M.E. admissions are split 50/50 between ACPC and GTU.
Students seeking M.E. admission must have a valid GATE or PGCET score. Eligibility requires a bachelor's degree in engineering with a minimum of 50%.

M.E. students pay roughly INR 12,500 every semester.
GTU's two-year MBA program includes specialisations in International Business and Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Venture Development. Admission to the MBA program is based on CMAT scores, with seats allocated through ACPC Gujarat.
To apply, students must have completed a bachelor's degree with at least 50% (45% for reserved categories). The MBA program has a per-semester fee of Rs 13,125.

GTU also offers various more undergraduate programs, including B.Pharm, BBA, B.Sc., BHMCT, B.Arch, B.Plan, and B.Voc. Admission to these programs is determined by performance on the previous qualifying exam. To be eligible for these programs, candidates must have completed Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate marks.
In addition to M.E. and MBA, GTU provides M.Sc., M.Pharm, MCA, and MTTM postgraduate degrees. Admission to these courses is either merit-based or requires valid admission exam scores (GATE , GPAT, or GAT-B), depending on the course.
MCA and MTTM admissions are solely based on merit, whereas M.Sc. and M.Pharm admissions are based on entrance exam scores.
GTU provides doctoral programs such as Ph.D., M.Phil, and Pharm.D. Admission to these programs requires a Master's degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable university. NET-qualified scores are used to select students for Ph.D. and M.Phil programs.
