IBI: Placements 2025 – Highest Package, Average Salary, Top Recruiters

IBI students demonstrated their abilities by receiving a total of 40% Pre-Placement Offers from their summer internship organisations. IBI's regular recruiters demonstrated their confidence in the quality of talent by opening more of their prized opportunities, in addition to the normal roles on offer. In total, 250 companies confirmed their participation in the final placement process. The average CTC was INR 8.5 LPA, with the highest CTC being INR 35 LPA. Companies from a wide range of functions, including consulting, general management, finance, strategy, sales and marketing, operations, and human resources, responded overwhelmingly during the placement season.

A slew of start-ups also launched specialist profiles to tap into IBI's skill pool. The stellar placements at IBI, despite the increasingly volatile economic scenario during the COVID19 period of lockdown, attest to industry stalwarts' faith in absorbing the remaining industry-ready candidates of PGDM Batch 2019-2021 and providing 100% internship opportunities to Batch 2020-2022 in more than one company with renowned brands.

IBI carried out live projects with well-known brands such as IMRB Kantar, Top Cash Back, Procter & Gamble, 1Mg, Smartree, The Money Roller, Market Xcel, and others.

The institute has also welcomed major brands for summer internships, including HUL, P&G, Khimji Ramdas, Bajaj Capital, Amul, Mitsubishi Electric Pvt Ltd, Virgo Laminates, Chayoos, WhiteHat Jr, UpGrad, and others. 

Students have worked for well-known companies such as Deloitte, Google, PayTM, ICICI Bank, Nestle, KPMG, P&G, Dr. Oetkar, Learning Routes, Infoedge, Naukri.com, Sugam Logistics, Extramarks, Kotak, IDFC First, and others.
