Institute of Hotel management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition based in Mumbai, established in the year of 1954 by All India Women's Central Food Council which was led by Late Mrs.Lilawati Munshi with Late Mrs. Homi Taleyarkhan and Late Mrs.Leela Jog, is known as a premier institute for Hotel management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition.it is an autonomous institute under Ministry of tourism,government of india.The College offers programs like UG, Diploma and PG. For these programs it offers different courses which include BSc,MSC,food production etc in various courses and in various departments. Every year, it offers around 400+ seats for eligible students.The college provides Facilities like hostels,canteen,labs for every department , Gym, sports complex , library full of available books and many others.

For PG(MSc), it requires graduated candidates with a minimum of 50% aggregate for general (45% for reservation candidates) in relevant discipline and a valid NCHMCT MSc JEE exam score.For diploma, it requires candidates with good merit in 10+2 equivalent exam.
