IIIT, Bhubaneswar mainly offers B.Tech in various disciplines at undergraduate level. The admissions to the B.Tech courses are done only on the basis of JEE main score followed by counselling and document verification. The college offers 50% seat reservation for the students belonging to the state of Odisha, remaining seats are OTA seats (open to all). IIIT Bhubaneshwar Ph.D. Admissions 2025

IIIT, Bhubaneswar offers admissions to PhD programmes under various disciplines of Engineering, Science & Humanities. The admissions to PhD programmes are given on the basis of entrance examinations like NET, written test (For non–NET candidates conducted by the college), RAT (Research Aptitude Test) followed by interview. IIIT Bhubaneswar Application Process 2025

IIIT, Bhubaneswar primarily accepts online applications for the admissions. To apply for admission 2025 at International Institute of Information Technology students need to follow the below mentioned step wise process for successful application.

For Odisha State Applicants-

• Students having domicile of Odisha state have to register and apply for the admissions through official college website of IIIT, Bhubaneswar.
• Apply for the B.Tech program.
• Pay the required fee of 1000 INR through SBI collect.
• Fill the detailed application form with all the details including JEE Main score.
• Upload the necessary documents asked in the application form.
• A response link will be shared on the email after submission of application form. Save this response link for future reference.

For OTA seat Applicants

• Students from other parts of India other than Odisha need to apply for the JoSAA/CSAB counselling.
• Choose IIIT, Bhubaneswar as preferred college. 
• Merit list of shortlisted students will be released based on their JEE Main scores.
• At last selected students have to go for document verification and fee payment to confirm their seat. 

For M.Tech. Program

For admissions in M.Tech program candidates have to directly apply for the CCMT counselling after appearing in GATE exam and select IIIT, Bhubaneswar as preferred college choice.

For PhD Program

• Students interested in the PhD program have to apply through the official website of IIIT, Bhubbaneswar.
• Pay the application fee (non-refundable) of 1000 INR.
• Fill the detailed application form.
• Shortlisted students will have to appear for the required entrance like RAT and interview for NET students and Written Test and Interview for non-NET students.
• Selected candidates should pay the fees and go for document verification to confirm their seat.
