A postgraduate PGP program in human resource management is available at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore. Admission to the PGP and PGP-HRM program is offered based on the candidate’s performance in CAT, followed by a Personal Interview.

IIM Indore's application process for offered courses varies with the courses as for some programs, national-level entrance scores are accepted and for other programs, IIM Indore itself conducts an entrance exam. The common application process for all the courses is mentioned below.

- Visit IIM Indore's official website. The application form link will be activated when the admissions are open.
- Register for the course and fill out the application form.
- Upload the necessary documents. Also, upload the scores of CAT, GMAT, etc exams wherever required.
- Pay the required application fees.
- Selection Process: Attend the interview if shortlisted. The selection of students for the course they want to pursue will be based on their overall academic performance, scores on entrance exams, interviews, and work experience.
