The Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS Delhi) is a mono-superspecialty deemed university-cum-hospital for liver and biliary illnesses situated in New Delhi, India. It was founded in 2009. The Government of the Nation Capital Territory (NCT) of New Delhi created it as an independent university. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) has granted ILBS New Delhi a "A" grade for accreditation. According to the NIRF Rankings 2021, it is placed 12th in the "Medical" category. At the post-doctoral level, the deemed institution provides the Diplomate of National Board (DNB), Master of Chirurgiae (MCh), Doctorate of Medicine (DM), Post Doctoral Certificate Course (PDCC), Post Graduation Certificate Course (PGCC), and Master of Science in Nursing (MSc). 

In addition to this, students at the deemed-to-be university receive research instruction at the doctoral level. Along with other liver-related specialities such paediatric hepatology, renal transplant, urology, radiology, and pulmonary medicine, ILBS also provides nephrology, oncology, and cardiology as significant sister fields.

ILBS Delhi Courses 2025

Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences Admission to all programs at 2025 is determined by entrance. For a year, ILBS Delhi provides PDCC in 13 and PGCC in three specialisations. Additionally, it offers MCh and DNB in one specialisation each, and DM in three. All of these programs run for three years. The deemed university is accepting applications for PhDs in three different specialisations. In addition to these, ILBS Delhi offers three certificate programs and eleven short-term programs. The curriculum lasts anything from one to six months.
