ITM University Gwalior Placement 2025:
ITM Universe's Training and Placement Cell is committed to giving our students chances for professional growth and all-encompassing career support. Our main objective is to close the knowledge gap between academia and industry standards so that our students are ready to join the workforce with assurance and success. Their goal is to empower students by giving them the skills, resources, and direction they need to land fulfilling jobs. Through demanding training, workshops, and placement drives, we hope to strengthen our ties with business partners and improve our students' employability.
The placement push for 2024 is still ongoing. In recent years, more than 800 companies have visited the University campus, according to the official brochure 2024-25. As of right now, ITM University Gwalior has a 95% placement rate. Students have also been given access to 69,726 placement opportunities.

Industry and business, professional associations, non-profit organizations, government-funded research agencies, and other educational institutions at the national and international levels are just a few of the collaborations the university has established in the areas of research, education, and training.
Pre-Drive Preparation: Students are required to attend preparatory courses and thoroughly read job descriptions. For both virtual and in-person drives, punctuality is required.
Students should remain at the location or on call, preserve confidentiality, and act professionally at all times during the drive.
After the drive, the chosen students are required to update the TAP Cell and join the company in accordance with the offer letter.
Professional Conduct: When interacting with recruiters, students must wear their institute ID, follow dress requirements, and act politely. Students should prepare for interviews by reviewing company profiles and maintaining application records.
Travel Plans: For off-campus interviews, students are responsible for making their own travel plans.
Acceptance of Offer: Before enrolling, students must obtain approval from the department head and turn in a copy of the offer letter to the TAP Cell.
Job Tenure: Before quitting a job, you must work there for at least ninety days. Noncompliance will lead to disqualification from future placement events and attendance fines.
