The Recruitment Process

1. Pre-Placement Presentation: In order to ensure that students are well-versed in all relevant information, Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs) are used to clarify facts about the firms' wage breakdowns, job descriptions, locations, and bond information, among other things. In general, it provides an overview of what a typical workday entails.
2. Subsequent Selection Rounds: There may be one or more further rounds of selection, including the shortlisting of resumes, group discussions (GD), aptitude tests, assignment rounds, preliminary interviews, and so on.
3. A job offer is an invitation from the employer to accept a position in a certain employment role. After that, the candidate's decision is followed by the official onboarding process starting.
4. Official Registration and CV Submission: Students must formally register for the Companies/Organizations Pre-Placement Talk and submit their resumes at the same time if they are interested in a specific placement opportunity.
5. Opt-out Window: Following the PowerPoint presentation, students will have a designated window of time during which they can decide intelligently whether to proceed with the recruiting process or to opt out.
6. Final Interview Round: The final interview is used to evaluate a candidate's suitability for a particular employment post.
