The institute has a well-developed and dynamic placement cell that introduces undergraduate students to the corporate world with the best possible practical exposure of the students. The cell is managed by manager placement, faculty members, and student representatives from each course. This institute has a well-established network of multinational organisations, thus, strengthening the institute as a leader among the other GGSIPU colleges for the best placements from known start-ups to established corporates, each year the deserving candidates are offered jobs and internships. The placement cell identifies the industrial expectation and promotes excellence in the overall personality and knowledge of the students by continuously organising counseling and corporate development sessions by professionals, industry experts, and in-house faculty.

Internship
- As part of the University Course curriculum, the BBA students of the Second year must undergo six weeks of summer internships, during the period June/July.
- Internships and live projects have also to be undergone by BCA & BJMC students.
- Companies also sometimes pay interns for their time during an internship, and a stipend can be very good indeed.
- The highest record of pay for a BBA internship in 2016 was Rs. 12000 per month offered to interns at Tommy Hilfiger.
