JNTU College of Engineering, Hyderabad, is a constituent college of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. The college was initially established as Nagarjuna Sagar Engineering College in 1965. However, the college was initially affiliated with Osmania University but later became a constituent college under JNTU, Hyderabad, in 1972. JNTU College of Engineering, Hyderabad, imparts educational programs for the undergraduate and postgraduate. The college also offers integrated-level programs focusing on Engineering and Technology. It also provides a three-year MCA, a two-year M.Sc program, and two five-year Integrated programs.

JNTU College of Engineering Hyderabad M.Tech, MCA and M.Sc Admission 2025
At the postgraduate level, JNTU College of Engineering offers Master of Technology (M.Tech), Master of Computer Application (MCA) and Master of Science (M.Sc) degree programs to aspiring candidates. The M.Tech and M.Sc programs are two years, whereas the MCA program is three years. The M.Tech program has 16 specialisations, and the M.Sc program is offered under four different specialisations. The intake capacity depends upon the nature of specialisations.
The college also offers part-time M.Tech and M.Sc programs for working professionals. Candidates seeking admission to M.Tech need to appear in GATE. Apart from the entrance test, the candidate must have qualified for a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with minimum required marks.

- Candidates need to fill out the application form ONLINE on the website.
- Application fees must be paid ONLINE through net banking or a credit/debit card.
- Application fees for GEN/OBC candidates are Rs. 500/- and for SC/ST candidates is Rs. 250/-.
- Regarding Non-Resident Indians (NRI), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO), and Foreign Nationals: The filled-in application form along with all necessary documents (in A4 Size) and a crossed Demand Draft drawn from any Nationalized Bank for Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) in favour of “THE REGISTRAR (UFR account) JNT UNIVERSITY HYDERABAD”, payable at Hyderabad, should reach the “Director, University Foreign Relations, 2 nd Floor, Administrative Building, JNTUH, Kukatpally, Hyderabad - 500 085”.
