Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management offers postgraduate diplomas in Management (PGDM) and fellow programs in Management (FPM). PGDM is completed in two years and FPM is a four-year program for candidates who are working and a six-year program for candidates who are non-working. Fees are different for different programs. With a total of 6 courses offered at LBSIM, the college offers education in various streams to the students.

The fees of the PGDM course are paid in four installments at the start of the semester. PGDM is a year full-time course, that includes six semesters.
