Maharaja Agrasen College : placement Procedure

1. MAC sends invitations to various companies in its collaborations for Campus recruitment via e-mail or telephonic conversation.
2. However, companies can also show their interest in recruitment by contacting the college for placements and internships.
3. By the means of a Job Announcement Form (JAF) / Internship Announcement Form (IAF), interested hiring companies can share their requirements and eligibility criteria's for the students.
4. The TPC shares the details of all the job profiles (which includes their CTC, Eligibility, and Requirements) shared by the companies to students through online / offline portals.
5. After going through the job profiles, interested students can register and appear for the respective companies by participating in the recruitment process.
6. The TPC arranges a common date for the recruitment process to take place which is later on informed to both students and the recruiters respectively.
7. Recruiters visit the campus on the scheduled dates and May also conduct more than one Pre-placement Talks, Seminars, Written Test, GDs, and PIs.
8. After all these activities, the companies discloses their respective selected candidates.
9. At last, the company may be requested to make a waiting list and fill a feedback form for college reference.
