Mgu University Distance (SDE) BA & B.Com
There are B.A., B.Com., and B.Sc. programs available under several specializations at MG University's School of Distance Education. Eligible candidates are permanent residents of Kerala, who pass the Pre-degree exam or any equivalent recognized exam. The candidates will not be insisting on any minimum marks while applying to the undergraduate courses under private registration.
Candidates for the B.A. program should have passed 10+2 from any recognized board. Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their marks secured in this qualifying examination for admission. Reservation rules of Kerala Government existing at the time of final selection shall be applicable.English Language and Literature, Malayalam, Sanskrit Language and Literature, Arabic, Political Science, Sociology, Philosophy, Economics, Islamic History, Hindi, and History are a few of the specialties available under the B.A. program.
It offers specializations of Finance & Taxation, Travel & Tourism, and Co-operation under the B.Com. program.
Mgu University M.A & M.Sc
The majority of specialties offered in the current course offerings are offered as M.A. and M.Sc. degrees by MG University's School of Distance Education. Admission to the M.A./M.Sc. programs is through marks obtained in the qualifying examination followed by a verification of documents. Understandably, an aspirant for the M.A./M.Sc. must have a Bachelor's degree from any recognized university in the relevant field. M.A. specialization comprises English, Malayalam, Hindi, Arabic, Sanskrit, History, Economics, Philosophy, Politics, Sociology, and Islamic History. M.Sc. The department teaches mathematics at the postgraduate level with a requirement that any student should get at least 45% in mathematics or related areas. In addition, M.Com. is also offered for students who have completed their B.Com., BBA, or BBM.
