NLDIMSR – Important Notes on Accommodation
- The refundable deposit is a one-time payment, while the charges are calculated per student per year.
- The Premium Facility rooms are located at Srishti 338 CHS Flat No. 1004 and Chamunda Classic CHS Flat No. 1304.
- The Super Premium Facility rooms can be found at Srishti 338 CHS Flat No. 1003 and Chamunda Classic CHS Flat No. 1303.
- Mini Rooms under the Premium Facility are situated at Srishti 338 CHS Flat No. 1004.
- Mini Rooms under the Super Premium Facility are located at Srishti 338 CHS Flat No. 1003.
- Facilities provided in all accommodations exclude food, housekeeping, and consumables.
- Costs for utilities such as electricity, Wi-Fi, gas, and Dish TV subscriptions are to be borne by the students directly.

NLDIMSR – Cancellation and Refund Guidelines
If a student decides to cancel their hostel accommodation, the following refund rules apply:
- Cancellations made within 30 days of occupancy will incur a deduction of Rs. 25,000 from the refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made after 30 days of occupancy will result in the forfeiture of the entire annual rent.
For students who complete their first or second year and opt to discontinue hostel use, the refundable deposit will be returned after deducting applicable maintenance charges. Students are required to provide a formal undertaking in a prescribed format when vacating.
NLDIMSR – Payment Terms and Hostel Occupancy
The hostel fee for one academic year must be paid as a one-time payment at the time of admission along with the interest-free refundable deposit. The fee covers the entire academic year duration at the institute. Once allotted, students may occupy their rooms immediately. The deadline to complete payment of hostel fees is one week before the start of the hostel tenure.
