Established in the year 1986, the National Law School of India University Bengaluru is a public law state university. Through research and policy interventions, the premier law school aims to underpin the change of the Indian legal system and lead the way in legal education reforms.

Admission to NLSIU Bangalore is determined by either a university-conducted exam or a national legal entrance exam.
