NMIMS Online Re-registration 2025

When a student successfully completes their current term, the system will automatically re-register them for their subsequent terms and notify them via email. By choosing the De-register option in their Student Zone, students will also have the option to miss the term and notify the university of their decision.

NMIMS Online steps of re-registration

• Students will be automatically re-registered for their next term upon the completion of their term (Result declaration), and they will receive a system-generated email to verify this.
• By choosing to de-register for the next term and submitting a service request through the student portal with a justification, students will have the choice to skip the term.
• When the default exam results for the term that the student skipped are announced, the student will immediately be registered for the next term.
• Students will receive an email with a link to retake the term if they are unable to pass the reexamination.

NMIMS Online Repeat Term

• Students will have to repeat if they are unable to pass their term.
• If the validity period allows, students may repeat the same term no more than twice (default + two times).
• A link to repeat the term will be sent to these students via email.
• These students will be required to pay repeat term fees as periodically announced by the university.
• Only after the payment has been received and authorised by the university's finance department (when the money is credited to the university account) will term access be enabled.
