Netaji Subhas Open University, Popularly Known as NSOU based in Kolkata, West Bengal, established in the year of 1997 as a premier state level open university.Also it is identified as one of the best open universities in India. - Enter the personal details like name, address and marks obtained etc followed by selection of course/program and entrance exam name.
- After Filling the application form, submit the required documents like Scanned Passphoto, Signature, marksheets etc.
- Candidates are requested to appear for valid entrance tests for eligibility.
- Application fee for general category is around 1000/- INR, 500/- INR for reservation category.
- Print/Download the application form for future use.

Netaji Subhas Open University Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility Criteria will differ for various programs. Under the UG program, for courses like BA, BSc, BCom, B.Spl.Ed, it requires candidates with a minimum of 45%-40% aggregate in a 10+2 equivalent higher qualifying exam recognised by related boards with relevant subjects and a valid NSOU Entrance Exam Score.Also, for PG program, it requires candidates with a minimum of 50% aggregate for general (45% for reservation candidates) in graduation with relevant discipline.For PG Diploma program, it requires candidates with good merit in relevant degree.
