Palamuru University Course Admission 2025:Fees, Eligibility, Application Process

Palamuru University began its operations in the academic year 2008-2009, with the Postgraduate College of Osmania University serving as its nucleus, initially offering five PG courses. The university offers a range of postgraduate programs, including M.Sc, MA, M.Com, M.Pharm, MSW, M.Ed, and MBA. At the undergraduate level, the university provides a B.Pharmacy program, along with a D.Pharm diploma. Admission to the postgraduate courses is based on the OUPGCET Test, while admission to the MBA program is through the TSICET exam. Palamuru University also provides various specializations under its M.Sc and M.A programs. Additionally, the university offers Ph.D. programs in Chemistry, Microbiology, English, Commerce, and Physics.

Palamuru University UG Admission 

The university offers B.Pharmacy at the undergraduate level and D.Pharm in Diploma. The basic eligibility criteria for both the courses is 10+2 from a recognized board and in a relevant subject.

Admission in B.Pharmacy is through TSEAMCET and in D.Pharm is Merit-based.

Palamuru University PG Courses Admission 

Palamuru University offers various postgraduate courses, including M.Sc, M.A, M.Com, and MBA. The basic eligibility for these programs is a graduation in the relevant subjects. Admission to M.Sc, M.A, and M.Com programs is based on the OUPGCET score, while MBA admissions are determined by the TSICET score. For the M.Pharm course, candidates must have completed a B.Pharm degree from any recognized university. The eligibility for MSW is graduation in a relevant subject, while candidates for the M.Ed course must have obtained at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade in B.Ed, BA B.Ed, B.Sc B.Ed, B.El.Ed, or D.El.Ed. Admission to all these programs is granted based on the OUPGCET score.

Palamuru University Ph.D. Admission

The university also offers Ph.D. programmes in various specializations. The university offers Ph.D. in Chemistry, Microbiology, English, Commerce, and Physics.

The basic eligibility criteria to take admission in Ph.D. is that candidate must be a graduate from any university in relevant subjects. Selection criteria in Ph.D. are to get a score in OUPGCET.

Palamuru Admission Process 

In order to get admission in PG course, a candidate needs to follow the steps given below:

1.  Download and fill in the application form given on the college website.
2.  Candidate needs to fill the application form in his/her own handwriting properly.
3.  Important documents should be attested along with the application form as per the guidelines.
4. Candidates have to pay an application fee of INR 700 DD drawn on any nationalized bank in favor of “The Registrar, Palamuru University” and payable at SBH, Raichur Road branch, Mahbubnagar.

Keynote: Without DD the application is liable for rejection.
