RGUHS is one of the foremost medical schools that helps the pupils achieve their goals by offering scholarships. The scholarships given by RGUHS are for those who belong to economically disadvantaged classes of people for a partial cover of their fees while studying.

  • Students who achieve more than 75% in their qualifying exams are eligible for the scholarship given by RGUHS.
  • Students in medical, dental, pharmacy, physiotherapy, and Ayurveda are given 5 scholarships each by the university.
  • Around 15 scholarships are given to the students in nursing, which are worth INR 20,000.
  • The scholarship amount varies based on the departments that students are applying to.
  • The parents annual income should not exceed six lakhs in order to avail of the scholarships.

RGUHS Guidelines for Award of Scholarship to Undergraduate Students of Health Science Faculties Studying in Affiliated Institutions

The scholarships are awarded on the basis of results of 10+2 examination or equivalent along with certain specified criteria for undergraduate student.

7 Physiotherapy 05 students
8 Homeopathy 02 students
9 Unani 02 students
10 NaturopathV and Voga 01 student

 Amount of Scholarship per annum:

1 Medical Rs.30,000/- PA
2 Dental Rs. 30,000/- PA
3 Nursing Rs. 20,000/- PA
4 Pharmacy Rs. 20,000/- PA
5 Allied health sciences Rs. 20,000/- PA
6 AYUSH Rs. 20,000/- PA
7 Physiotherapy Rs. 20,000/- PA

Documents to be uploaded

(1)Aadhar Enrolment lD

(2) SSLC Marks Card for Proof of Data of Birth

(3) Marks Card of 70 + 2 or its equivalent examination issued by the authorized board

(4) Allotment Letter of KEA

(5) Caste/Category Certificate/Income Certificate issued by the competent authority;

(6) Relevant certificates for claiming additional weightage (under clause 8).

(7) Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority

(8) Photocopy of the front sheet of the bank pass book
