CV Vetting

1. CV Vetting ensures credibility in student-company relations. It helps to ensure that all the information provided to the company meets ‘Bona Fides’ standards and effectively highlights students’ qualifications.
2. The purpose of the verification is to make sure that every achievement that the student claims is substantiated and corroborated by sufficient evidence. Verification helps to qualify and disqualify the information through a dedicated process.

Workshops

1. The placement cell conducted a comprehensive three-day online ‘Workshop on Corporate Readiness’ prior to the commencement of the placement season.
2. Industry experts were invited to enlighten students on key areas such as resume writing, group discussions, aptitude tests, and personal interviews.
3. The placement cell organised an ‘Online Certificate Course in Audit’ for students placed in esteemed organisations such as Deloitte USI, EY India, KPMG India etc.

Placement Process/ Internship Process

Step 1: Contact placement cell

1. Companies can either be invited or they can kindly contact the placement cell through email using the official ID placement@symbiosiscollege.edu.in

Step 2: SPOC Assigned

1. The placement cell assigns a students coordinator to each company.
2. In Conjunction with the recruiter, the placement cell facilitates all coordination related to the selection process, including pre-placement/ internship talks, CV Shortlisting, Online tests, group discussions, and personal interviews.

Step 3: Selection and Job offers

1. Once the recruitment process is started, the final results and hiring of candidates will be communicated to the selected students through the cell.
2. Once selected, students have to accept the offer.
