Apollo University Scholarship Policy (2024-2025)

Introduction

Apollo University offers various scholarships in an effort to encourage deserving, intelligent, and talented students with the aim of facilitating good quality education while promoting excellence in academia and inclusiveness. The following are the scholarships provided by Apollo University. Scholarship programs of Apollo University are dedicated to appreciating and recognizing hard work efforts put by students in gaining quality education. There are numerous types of scholarships that find place on academic merit, financial requirements, or on criteria where one meets the conditions given. With such scholarships, Apollo University supports students from all walks of life to actually achieve their potential to a greater degree and become a great member of society. The university is fully committed to the nurturing of talent and provides an environment that can make a student shine academically as well as personally.

Scholarship for B.Tech Programs
Based on CBSE / ICSE Class XII Score
  • 25% Scholarship: For students with an aggregate of 95.1% or above in Class XII.
  • 20% Scholarship: Student with an aggregate percentage of 85.1-95 in Class XII would be eligible for scholarship.
  • 15% Scholarship: That goes to those students who have managed to attain an aggregate percentage ranging from 75.1 to 85 in Class XII.
  • 10% Scholarship: To those having aggregate percentage in Class XII between 70% and 75%.
According to Class XII Scores by State Board
  • 25% Scholarship: Given to students who have scored 95.1% and above in aggregate in Class XII.
  • 20% Scholarship : Eligible for those students, who, by aggreGATE , score between 90.1% and 95% in Class XII.
  • 15% Scholarship will be awarded to students scoring 85.1 percent aggregate to 90 per cent in Class XII.
  • 10% Scholarship The scholarship shall be considered for all candidates, who secure 75% to 85% aggregate marks in Class XII.
Based on JEE Main Score
  • 100 % Scholarship: Scholarships are available for students who scored between a percentile of 97.1 and above in JEE Main.
  • 75% Scholarship To scholarship students with percentile in JEE Main 90.1 - 97.
  • Scholarship up to 50% This Scholarship is given to the students securing a JEE Main percentile in between 85 percentile to 90 percentile.
Scholarship for B.Sc., BPT, & Pharmacy Programs
Based on CBSE/ICSE Class XII Scores
  • 25% Scholarship The students scoring above aggregate of 95.1% in Class XII are given the scholarship.
  • 20 percent Scholarship: Students who have a cumulative percentage between 85.1 and 95 in Class XII are eligible to receive this scholarship.
  • 15% Scholarship: Students with percentage aggregate 75.1%-85% in Class XII.
  • 10% Scholarship: To students who achieve aggregate between 70% to 75% in Class XII.
Based on State Board Class XII Scores
  • 25% Scholarship : Shall be granted to students who have aggregate percentage in Class XII 95.1 and above.
  • 20% Scholarship: The students aggregate between 90.1%-95% in class XII are eligible for this scholarship.
  • 15% Scholarship: A scholarship will be offered to class XII students who attain cumulative scores ranging between 85.1% and 90%.
  • 10% Scholarship : The scholarship is provided to those candidates scoring aggregates between 75 and 85 in Class XII.
Based on NEET Score
  • 75% Scholarship The students scoring above NEET percentiles 95 will be awarded a 75% scholarship.
  • 50% Scholarship: It is meted out to students scoring NEET percentile that falls within the range of 90.1 to 95.
  • The other scholarship is a 25% scholarship given to any NEET percentile scoring between 85 and 90.
Scholarship for Postgraduate Programs (2024-2025 Session)
  • 30% Scholarship For a graduate who also gets first-class in +2 with graduation score marks above 80.1%.
  • 25% Scholarship : To those students who achieve first class in +2 and scored between 75.1 and 80.
  • 15% Scholarship: This scholarship will be given to students who have secured first class in +2 and are scoring 70% in graduation.
Criteria for Scholarships (2024-2025 Session)
  1. Merit-Based and First-Come-First-Serve: Merit-based is the selection process, to be done on a first-come-first-serve basis, which will mean that the deserving students in terms of financial assistance shall be the ones given priority as regards to the same.
  2. Submission of Full Year Fee: A candidate availing scholarship seat needs to submit a full year's fee beforehand. It will ensure transparencies and according to university policies about its financial commitment.
  3. Apollo Group Employee Wards: One child of any employee of the Apollo Group shall be granted a 25% waiver of tuition fees on securing a minimum first class in +2.
  4. Student Siblings / Alumni Referrals / Employee Referrals: 10% waiver on tuition fee for siblings, brother or sister of currently enrolled students, or those referred by alumni or the Apollo Group employees.
  5. Continuation Criteria: A student will be permitted to avail of the tuition fee scholarship/waiver in subsequent years subject to fulfillment of the following conditions:
  • Minimum 80% attendance in all subjects.
  • Minimum CGPA of 7.5 at the end of the year in the same attempt.
  • Good conduct, without involvement in any form of misconduct on campus and outside.
  • He/ She does not receive any other scholarship schemes.
Terms & Conditions for TAU Scholarship
  1. Document Verification: This scholarship award is done only after the original documents get verified. In case, if these are not provided within three months from the date of last admission, then this scholarship may either be denied or withdrawn.
  2. Exclusions: This scholarship does not pay any backlogs, reappear fees, makeup fees, or any other miscellaneous fees.
  3. Misrepresentation: This might lead to the cancellation of admission and the withdrawal of scholarship along with a legal proceeding.
  4. Staff Errors: If the candidate is over-awarded due to staff errors then he/she will be paid the right amount that is due to him/her. The excess amount can be recovered from the university
  5. Authority: The decision of the competent authority of the university is absolute

Note: The above scholarship/fee waiver is subject to the availability of vacancies.
