Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth recognition and offered financial assistance for Distance Education programmes by Distance Education Council (DEC), New Delhi in 2000. The computer and management industries were experiencing an upward trend by 2004 which turn led to an increase in Vidyapeeth students enrolled in these courses. Vidyapeeth has reoriented to provide additional courses that both serve the needs of the student body and the business community with its primary focus still on Sanskrit, Ayurveda, and Social Sciences. Through obtaining necessary authorization from the statutory councils, NCTE, AICTE, INC, MSCOTP, and BCI, Vidyapeeth introduced BHMCT, B.Sc. Nursing, BPT, and LL.B. programs. Vidyapeeth has consistently followed the DEC, UGC, and MHRD regulations.

Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth Payment Mode:
If payment is to be made at the Vidyapeeth's other premises, namely Sangli, Belapur, Sion, etc., the DD should be payable at the name of 'tilak maharashtra Vidyapeeth.' The fee should be paid by Demand Draft in favor of tilak maharashtra Vidyapeeth, pune along with the application form.
Mention student name and address at the back of the DD. Demand Draft is accepted only of a nationalized bank

At the time of admission, the candidate must pay the full amount of fees.

The Vidyapeeth will not be held liable for any losses incurred by using such a payment method. Just pay the sum specified in the prospectus and do not pay any additional fees.
Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth Scholarships:
The National Scholarships Portal is a one-stop shop that offers variety of services, including student application, application receipt, processing, sanction, and student scholarship disbursement. Under the National e-Government Plan, the National Scholarships Portal is considered a Mission Mode Project (NeGP).
The goal of this project is to provide a 'SMART' system that is simple, mission-oriented, accountable, responsive, and transparent. This system will enable scholarship applications to be processed more quickly and efficiently, and monies will be transferred directly into beneficiaries' accounts without any leakage.
A uniform electronic platform for implementing various scholarship programs introduced by the Union, State, and Union Territories across the nation is what the Mission Mode Project (MMP) of the National Scholarships platform under the National e-Government Plan seeks to provide.
