Firstly, Candidates need to complete the process of applying for the selected course at TOMS College of Engineering and Polytechnic. TOMS College of Engineering also reserves 50% of undergraduate and diploma seats for the government quota, the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE) and Kerala government, are responsible for allocating these seats.

Scholarship No. 1 for B.Tech:
- For Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical & Electronics Course Groups:
Category A: A tuition fee waiver scheme and a special fee of INR 10,000 per semester will be available to students who have achieved above 90% marks in (+2) (CBSE/State) OR rank below 30,000 in KEAM.
Category B: Students will be granted the Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme and a Special Fee of INR 10,000 per semester if they have achieved above 80% marks in (+2) (CBSE/State) OR a rank below 40,000 in KEAM.
Category C: Students will get a tuition fee of INR 2500 each semester and a special fee of INR 10,000 per semester if they have achieved above 70% marks in (+2) (CBSE/State) OR a rank below 50,000 in KEAM.
