Guidelines for paying stipends to full-time PhD scholars
- All full-time PhD scholars will be eligible for stipends as long as they are not receiving stipend or fellowship from another federal, state, or nonprofit organization.
- If appropriate research and publication are completed within the first three years, an initial stipend of $15,000 pm will be paid.
- After the first Scopus publication is accomplished, the stipend will be increased to 20,000/-pm.
- After the second Scopus publication is attained, the stipend will increase to $25,000.
- After that, 25,000/-pm would be kept as long as the candidate keeps up one Scopus every six months.
- Amount will decrease by 5,000/-every six months until it reaches the minimum of 15,000/-without a Scopus publication.
- If student performs subpar research, their stipend will be fully withdrawn.
- Subject to the other terms and restrictions listed above, the stipend will be available to full-time researchers who are currently pursuing a PhD at XIME, provided they are not receiving any other stipend.

XIME Bangalore Refund Policy 2025:
If a candidate withdraws from the program prior to the start date of the course, XIME will honor the AICTE's return policy. After receiving a properly completed copy of the candidate's refund request, the TAT to process the request takes 10 to 15 working days.

XIME Bangalore Scholarships 2025:
XIME Bangalore give respect and supports to deserving students' study in the event that they require financial aid by providing a variety of scholarships. As part of the selection procedure, students who want to join in any course at XIME Bangalore must receive a high percentage. Students need to fulfill eligibility which is set by the institution to get the award. The amount allotted for student recognition for the 2022-2023 academic year was significantly more than INR 50 lakhs. The XIME Bangalore suggests raising it even further this year.

- Professor J.D. Cherayil Merit prize: In honor of the late Prof. Cherayil, a renowned Senior Professor of IISc and XIME co-founder, this prize is being offered.
- XIME Bangalore offers a scholarship to a meritorious student called the Sarosh J Ghandy Scholarship. Mr. Ghandy oversaw XIME as its chairman.
