- For the general category, the minimum marks required are 50%. Also, there’s a 5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates
- Students who have completed their graduation from the IITs and now want to pursue the MTech course again from the IITs without giving GATE, are required to have at least 8.0 CGPA out of 10 in their graduation.

Telangana MTech Admission Process
