AEEE 2025 Phase-II Registration (Ongoing), Check Last Date, Step-by-Step Guide and Fees

AEEE 2025 Phase-II Registration Window is active at aeee.amrita.edu. The deadline for Phase-II Registration is May 1, 2025. Candidates who appeared in AEEE 2025 Phase-I examination can appear in the Phase-II examination too. These candidates do not need to register separately but must pay INR 600. AEEE 2025 Phase-II Exam will take place between May 7 and May 11, 2025

Amrita Vishwavidyapeetham University started AEEE 2025 Phase-I application process on October 22, 2024. The AEEE 2025 registrations can be done online only on the official website of AEEE, aeee.amrita.edu. The last date to apply for AEEE 2025 phase 1 exam was January 25, 2025. To fill out the AEEE application form, candidates must complete personal and academic profiles, fill in application details, pay the applicable fee, and upload scanned documents. AEEE registration 2025 will open for all the phases of the exam together. Candidates also can be admitted to Amrita BTech 2025 Programme via JEE Main scores.

The AEEE application form is also available in the offline mode. The registered candidates will be allowed to book AEEE 2025 exam slots.

AEEE 2025 Application Process Eligibility Criteria

Candidates planning to apply for AEEE 2025 must check the eligibility criteria below:

Educational Qualification:

• A pass in 10 + 2 (Class XII) or its equivalent examination from a recognized board.
• Candidates passing class 12 boards in 2025 and those who have passed in 2024 can also apply.
• Minimum 60% aggregate of marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
• No less than 55% in these three subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Age:

Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 1st July 2004 up to 30th June 2009 can apply for AEEE 2025.

AEEE 2025 Application Fee

The application fee for AEEE is as follows:

Important instructions regarding the application fee payment:

• Credit/debit card or net banking can pay the application fee online. If the examination fee is paid through a credit card/debit card, the candidates may have to pay additional processing charges to the concerned bank.
• Please note that fees submitted through any other mode, like money order, demand draft, IPO, etc., Are not accepted for online applications.
• Application fees, once paid, will not be refunded (full or partial) under any circumstances.
• Candidates can post their payment queries in the Query Management System in the Amrita Online Application Portal (AOAP) to get a faster response.

How to Fill AEEE 2025 Application Form?

Candidates can check the steps to fill out the application form for AEEE 2025 given below. 

Step 1: Sign Up / Sign In

• Aspirants are required to register by entering their email ID or phone number.
• Once they enter a valid email ID/phone number, they will receive an OTP.
• Enter the OTP and complete the registration process.

Step 2: Enter Personal Information

In this step, candidates have to enter the below-given details:

• Full Name (As in 10th class certificate)
• Date Of Birth in DD/MM/YYYY format
• Gender
• Social Status
• Email address
• Phone number
• How did you come to know about Amrita?
• Aadhaar Number
• State which you belong to
• District
• City
• Address Line 1
• Address Line 2
• Photo and signature Upload

Step 3: Enter the Contact details of the Parent / Guardian

• Here, candidates have to enter the Name of the Parent / Guardian
• The Email address and Phone number of the Parent / Guardian

Step 4: Enter academic details

•  Candidates have to choose the state where they completed +2
• Note to indicate that the responsibility of entering the correct data lies with the candidate,e and the university will not be responsible for not getting communication if wrong data is entered

Step 5: Register for AEEE

Now, candidates have to register for AEEE. In this step, candidates have to select the following details:

• Choose three cities where you wish to attend the AEEE 2025 in CBT mode
• Do you want to consider the JEE CRL Rank?

Step 6: Preview of the AEEE 2025 application form

After submitting all the details, candidates can check the filled-in application form using the preview option. In case candidates have made any mistakes in the application form, they can get them corrected or edit the data and save them. After checking all the details, candidates can move to the payment page.

Step 7: Payment of application fees

The last step is to pay the application fees. Application fees, once paid, will not be refunded (full or partial) under any circumstances.

Instructions for AEEE OMR Form 2025 (Offline)

After completing the OMR form, the AEEE application process must be completed online. The application will be considered incomplete if candidates do not complete the application process online.

Candidates must follow the following easy steps to complete your application process online after filling out the OMR form.

• Visit https://aee.amrita.edu.
• Login Using the Mobile Number entered in the OMR form.
• Candidates will be taken to the first step, the “Personal Information” page and fill in all the necessary details.
• Whatever data the candidates have entered in OMR will be displayed.
• Verify the email address.
• Upload the photograph and signature if they are not available.
• In Step 2, candidates must enter the Parent’s name, email address and mobile number.
• In Step 3, candidates must select the state where they studied +2.
• Candidates will now be taken to your application dashboard with the status “Registered”.
• When candidates log in, they must use their email ID or mobile number to complete the registration.

AEEE 2025 Application Form Correction

Candidates should know that AEEE does not have its own form correction window. Therefore, candidates must make any changes to the form before the final submission. However, candidates may correct/modify some of the particular(s) of the application data before the commencement of the Seat Allotment. The name of the candidate and their parent’s name in the application form must be exactly the same as registered in the Class 10th Certificate. Prefixes/titles such as Mr./Shri/Fr/Dr/Mrs./Smt./Col, etc., must not be used.

Also, remember that requests for a change in date on the form are not accepted through phone/fax/e-mail, etc. The candidates are advised not to send hard copies of the online application to the University. Additionally, candidates may check the status of their application online on the official website using their respective logins.

AEEE 2025 Admit Card

On January 27, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham will distribute the AEEE admit card 2025 for the first part of exams. All candidates who complete the AEEE 2025 slot booking process before the deadline will be awarded an AEEE hall ticket. Candidates will be able to acquire their AEEE 2025 phase 1 test admission cards from the official website, aeee.amrita.edu. This website will have a direct link to download the AEEE 2025 admit card. Candidates can also obtain their AEEE hall ticket from the official website, Amrita Online Application Portal (AOAP). Candidates must log into the AOAP using their registered mobile number/email address. 

How to Download AEEE 2025 Admit Card?

Candidates can follow the instructions below to download the AEEE hall ticket:

• Visit Amrita University's official website.
• Navigate to the AEEE 2025 admission card site.
• Log in with your registered email address/phone number and the OTP given.
• The AEEE 2025 admission card will be presented upon login.
